I am not a tattoo artist, I just do the designs (full color or black & gray) and then provide an outline of the design which your tattoo artist would make a transfer from. I would then send it in a jpeg format or in a pdf via email. Prices start at $100 and increase depending on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions necessary.
